ESN Finnish Winter Sports day

A nice opportunity to practice winter sports and meet new people! Here's the invitation from ESN Tampere:

Place: Sorsapuisto Ice-skating fields. [They are located in walking distance from the UTA buildings next to Yliopistontie/Sorsapuisto. See the following link for a map: http://www.tampere.fi/ytoteto/kartta/map.php?x=2488820&y=6820940&px=2.0&txt=Sorsapuisto+field

What we will do: We will play different typical Finnish winter sports, for example:
- "Nokia boot throwing"
- wife-carrying
- ice-skating
- sliding
- sack-hopping
- rope-pulling
- snow-football

Especially for the ice-skating, but also for the sliding and sack-hopping we need your help: If you have skates, a sleigh or an old sack, please bring those!

Of course you can join our games at any point in case you cannot make it at 16.00. Just come over at any point! The fields have lights, so we can still skate when it is getting a bit darker (this is a very special feeling!).

We warmly welcome you all to experience a few hours of traditional and untraditional Finnish sports and have a great time with us!
